Our trout are raised in crystal-clear mountain waters, over 1000 meters above sea level, where the air is pure and the environment untouched. Grown in natural spring-fed pools, they develop slowly and healthily, resulting in meat that is exceptionally fresh, clean, and rich in flavor – a true taste of the mountains.
